1. Operational Intent

The Web Dev Studio delivers custom digital solutions including websites, custom SaaS platforms, branding guidelines, recruitment assistance, and business automation workflows. We operate on a project basis or defined retainer, as detailed in individual project agreements.

2. Codebase Ownership

Upon receipt of final payment, the client receives 100% intellectual property ownership of the compiled website files, stylesheets, and custom database scripts developed specifically for their project. The Web Dev Studio retains the right to utilize core modular code components and utility scripts for future client installations.

3. Service Delivery & Estimations

Any cost proposals, technical specifications, or timeline estimations provided by our development architects represent good-faith estimates based on project requirements. Deviations in scope, additional database queries, or UI changes requested after sign-off may adjust final billing.

4. Liability & Data Syncing

While we implement secure webhooks and direct database sync architectures (e.g. Google Sheets integration), the client is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their connected accounts, credentials, and spreadsheet endpoints. We are not liable for third-party hosting failures, data loss, or system downtime.

5. Amendments
